Eventually a malignant colon cancer was detected and removed it was the size of 2 fists by this time. Another 27 year old woman had abdominal pains and burning sensations during a pregnancy. The obstetrician believed it was pregnancy related but as the pain persisted she was wrongly diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome. Incredible pain eventually drove her to emergency where the cancer was detected and treated. She also had to undergo chemo.
