Medical Malpractice Dictionary: Mesothelioma injury
Mesothelioma injury: Injury related to mesothelioma (rare asbestos-related cancer)
Mesothelioma injury: Allegations of injury are central to the legal issues of mesothelioma. Any mesothelioma lawsuits, usually alleges a legal failing (e.g. product liability, personal injury, wrongful death, etc.) that caused injury to a person. Typically, the injury allegation is against a manufacturer or other person or corporation involved in the earlier exposure to asbestos. However, medical malpractice law can also be involved for failings in the medical care of mesothelioma, such as failure to diagnose mesothelioma in its early stages.
